libbladerf-dev software package provides nuand bladeRF software-defined radio device (header files), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbladerf-dev
libbladerf-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbladerf-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbladerf-dev *
You will get with libbladerf-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
